Shipping policy
At SAAB, we are committed to deliver your order quickly and efficiently. Below are the terms and guidelines for shipping:
Processing Time :
⁃ Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Order placed on weekends or official holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping time & Rates :
⁃ Estimated local delivery within 2-5 business days.
⁃ Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Delivery Terms :
⁃ Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.
⁃ We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier.
Shipping Restrictions :
⁃ Some items may be unavailable for shipping out of Cairo and Greater Cairo.
⁃ Orders with incorrect addresses or contact details may be delayed or canceled.
Missed Deliveries & Reattempts :
⁃ If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier will attempt redelivery twice only or contact the recipient.
Damaged or Lost Shipments :
⁃ If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photos of the packaging and item.
⁃ In case of lost shipments, we will assist in resolving the issue with the courier but are not liable for refunds until the claim process is completed.
