Refund policy
At SAAB MAISON, every piece is crafted and curated with care. We want you to love your purchase, but should you need to return or exchange an item, we’re here to assist under the following terms.
1. Return Policy:
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase date, unless an item is marked as non-refundable.
Return Conditions
• Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging with all tags, labels and accessories intact.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns
• Returns must be made in-store only. We currently do not accept courier or delivery returns.
• Once inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Please note that delivery chargers and gift wrapping fees are non-refundable.
2. Exchange Policy:
Exchanges are welcomed within 14 days of purchase.
Exchange conditions
• Items must meet the same condition requirements as returns ( unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase )
• Exchange must be completed in-store only.
• You may exchange for a different item, subject to availability.
• If the new item has a higher value, the price difference must be settled at the time of exchange.
• If the new item is of lesser value, a store credit will be issued — no cash refunds will be provided for the difference.
3. Gift Purchases:
For items purchased with a gift receipt:
• Items may be exchanged only for another product or store credit.
• Refunds are not available for gift receipt purchases, regardless of payment method.
• Gift receipt exchanges must be made within 14 days of original purchase date.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Our team will gladly assist in inspecting the issue and arranging a suitable replacement or repair where applicable.
